Former governor Nasir El-Rufai finally speaks on his fight with president Tinubu, governor Sani

Former governor of Kaduna state, Nasir Ahmed El-Rufai has responded to his political enemies amid his reported political feud with his successor, Uba Sani and president Tinubu.

Former governor El-Rufai through his X handle on Sunday morning, 18th of August, posted a cryptic message on why he has remained reticent on his reported reported fallout with governor Uba Sani as well as president Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Quoting Warren Buffett, El-Rufai implied that his silence is never out of intimidation or fear but  deliberately and sustained logical tactics at the expense of his spoken responses to his adversaries.

Former governor El-Rufai is understood to be reacting to series of development involving his name and personality. He was recently accused by some supporters of president Tinubu of being the sponsor of End Hunger protest in Kaduna state  to destabilize the state as well as undermine the administration of president Tinubu.

The former governor is accused by the Kaduna state government of mismanaging 470 million naira during his tenure as the governor of Kaduna state.  The Kaduna state Assembly had investigated the allegation and thereafter stated in their findings that the former governor has questions to answer about the alleged mismanaged funds.
